When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra processing time during holidays and sales periods.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of order and shipped the next day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After placing your order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. After that, delivery will take 12-20 business days within the United States and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free and in US dollars, meaning you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import duties, taxes, and related customs fees may be levied once your order arrives at its final destination and are determined by your local customs office.
