Our return policy lasts 14 days from delivery. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To return a product, the customer must contact a shipping provider of their choice and is fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
 We are not involved in shipping arrangements or fees. The item must be unopened and in its original condition when returned. Once we receive the product in its original state, we will process a refund.
Please note that any initial shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid to the shipping company, not to us. Once the product is returned and approved, we will issue the refund accordingly.
